Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about HasPulse.

What does HasPulse actually check?

We send an HTTP request to your URLs every 60 seconds. If the status code isn't in the 2xx range or the request times out, we mark it as down and email you right away.

How fast will I know when my site goes down?

Within a minute. We confirm with a second check after 30 seconds before alerting. We also send a recovery email when your site comes back.

Can I monitor more than one URL?

Each subscription includes up to 3 URLs on a single shared status page. All endpoints are checked every 60 seconds. Add and manage them from your dashboard.

What happens if I cancel?

Monitoring stops at the end of your billing period. Your status page stays up for 30 days after that, then everything gets deleted. No hidden fees, no lock-in.

Do you offer a free plan?

No. Running 60-second checks costs real infrastructure money. Instead of a free tier subsidized by expensive enterprise plans, we charge $3/month for everyone and keep the product focused.

What's on the public status page?

Current status (up or down), overall uptime percentage, and 90 days of uptime history with daily breakdowns. Share the link with your users so they can check status without emailing you.

How is this different from UptimeRobot or Pingdom?

Those tools are built for teams managing dozens of services. HasPulse is for a few URLs, one person. No dashboards to learn, no integrations to configure, no pricing tiers to compare.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards. Billing is monthly, no annual commitment required.
